Scenery & Wildlife Photos
The whole area around Anishinabi Lake is just beautiful with huge outcroppings of Canadian Shield rock and towering pine trees. It's surrounded by hills with hundreds of streams and lakes dotting the landscape.
There is a rich and diverse population of wildlife such as Bald Eagles, Osprey, Golden Eagles, many species of hawks and owls, waterfowl and game-birds, Moose, Black Bear, Whitetail Deer, Wolf, Lynx, Beaver, Otters, Pine Martens, Mink and Fisher as well as aquatic and amphibious creatures. Just north of our area is the Trout Lake Moraine, which is the home to the densest population of Wolverines in the world so there are Wolverines in the area but they are very stealthy and almost never seen.
